Everyone has something that is done repetitively.


Sometimes monthly, weekly, daily, even hourly.

Sometimes they are big things—taking time.

Sometimes they are minor—taking little time.

Sometimes they are consciously done.

Habits are different and usually evolve into an unconscious format. Getting up Brushing your teeth … starting the am beverage. For me, it includes checking the weather app on my phone.


Most rituals are embraced with a step-by-step process that you repeat with an expected outcome.
