Anthropic AI  Settlement ends March 30 … Is Yours One of Them?  Tick Tick …Tock!

Anthropic AI theft settlement claims must be submitted by this Monday, March 30. 

The class action lawsuit against Anthropic, specifically known as Bartz v. Anthropic, involved approximately 500,000 published books that were pirated to train AI. Bartz was one of the three plaintiffs who initially filed the suit. Anthropic is paying up to $3,000 per title. Has your work been pirated? Find out NOW!

If you haven’t checked the database of identified books either by author, ISBN, publisher, do so immediately.

1. Are you an author whose work was lifted? Check here … just put your author name in or title of book:  https://bit.ly/4slvIZE

Are you or your work findable on it? If yes, immediately go to the next step.

2. If you are listed, you will need a “unique number” … call one of the Anthropic settlement agents (you will get a human). She or he will verify you are on the list and give it to you. Call  877-206-2314

Now, simply complete the form … it will be done in less than five minutes. Click on submit.

3. Submit for on the Anthropic site. Go back to  https://bit.ly/4slvIZE and submit. Do not wait any longer. If you have multiple titles that were pirated, you must submit a new title with unique number for each.
