Dr. Judith Briles, renowned for her public speaking abilities, support of authors through The Book Shepherd organization, and multiple self-help books is the fantastic co-author of the Harmonie Book Series, an award-winning fantasy historical fiction. Now she delivers a MUST-HAVE cookbook!

Judith hosts multiple annual events, many of which occur in her home. She provides the perfect atmosphere to complement mouth-watering meals, from delicious appetizers to heavenly desserts. Guests never go away hungry but often tuck leftovers in modest containers on their way out the door. The easy-to-follow instructions support the 50+ recipes between the covers of Cooking with Judith.

Newer cooks will love the tips and tricks for simplifying cooking, while the more experienced will pick up new ideas. The Mardi Gras Salad is refreshing to the palate and eye-appealing. Who doesn’t love a perfect Mac and Cheese at every age? I’ve fixed the Chocolate Zucchini Cake on more than one occasion to rave reviews, but I believe Judith’s Kahlua Cake is even better.

Everyone will find one or more of these a delicious addition to a family picnic, holiday meal, or romantic evening at home. The aromatic, tempting smells of meal preparation will waft through the house, and even the most novice cook will get rave reviews from guests who serve these delicious dishes. Don’t wait a minute long to grab your copy. It’s also the perfect gift for graduates, weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries.

This cookbook is a gem!

We are in the process of downsizing and in the process, I have donated all my cookbooks collected over 50 plus years to our local library. Well, I can tell you right now that this cookbook will stay with me forever. It is beautifully assembled with recipes of all sorts. The recipes are easy to follow and delightful to consume. I am working my way through it page by page and enjoying every minute while looking forward to warmer weather in order to dine Al Fresco through the upcoming Summer with your magnificent salads. Thank you Judith Briles for sharing your treasures.
